GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Reporting to the Facility Medical Director, the psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adult patients in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. The patient population served consists of adults with chronic and persistent mental health conditions served by the state’s mental health authority. Patients have complex bio-psycho-social needs and may be forensically involved.
Under the general direction of the Director or designee, the Research and Evaluation Analyst provides high-level and diverse project support and coordination of project activities on multiple projects undertaken with external client organizations. The Research and Evaluation Analyst will assist the Director in leading and documenting project activities, and may lead sub-components of a project. The Research and Evaluation Analyst will develop and implement projects while adhering to UMMS's Project Management guidelines.

Under the direct supervision of Lab Management, the Lab Analyst I performs laboratory assays for the timely detection of newborn disorders. The Lab Analyst I maintains competency in high complexity testing (as defined by CLIA) in all laboratory methodologies of the section. The analyst performs other related laboratory tasks in support of laboratory management. Responsibilities include careful adherence to established laboratory protocols, or specific directives of appropriate laboratory managers.
