GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general supervision of the Residency Program Director or designee, the Residency Program Coordinator II is responsible for the coordination of a wide range of diverse administrative functions for one or more residency/fellowship programs and may also be responsible for medical student elective clerkships in the Department. This position functions as a liaison between all residents and fellows and the residency programs at UMMS and affiliated hospitals, health centers, and community physician practices.

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator or designee, the Research Associate I performs a variety of complex research experiments.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The GXWT research group focuses on developing and translating viral gene therapy systems to treat rare diseases and other human disorders that currently lack viable treatment options. Our labs collectively focus on developing recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) capsids and vector genome designs to lay the foundation for treating different diseases with or without primary genetic cause. We are also developing rAAV strategies that utilize CRISPR-Cas gene ending, immunotherapies, animal modeling.
Under the general direction of the laboratory PIs, the Veterinary Technician performs various duties related to laboratory animals' care. Primary responsibilities are to assist in experimental mouse studies and maintain a clean and healthy environment for laboratory animals and observe animals for their general health and well-being. The position is considered essential and requires weekend, holiday, and off hour's coverage as needed.

Under the direction of the Principle Investigator or designee, the Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRC) is responsible for all aspects of collection and management of data for complex treatment, ancillary, and prevention protocols regulated by the FDA or DHHS, and sponsored by federal agencies, foundations, industrial sponsors or UMass Medical School in support of clinical trials.

Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator or designee, the Research Laboratory Technician I, performs a variety of specimen preparatory techniques, dry lab data collection, and routine laboratory maintenance.

Under the direction of the Administrator/Director, or designee, the Educational Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating curriculum scheduling, collaborating with instructors to design, implement, and assess multi-modal medical education. The Education Program Specialist serves as a front-line customer service interface to UMMS faculty, learners and external clients/collaborators. They are responsible for producing technical and teaching/training documentation, administering teaching/training environments and providing multimedia support and production in designated learning facilities.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Assist with the delivery of direct care, including provision for safety and milieu activities. Take an active role in re-acclimating individuals to the larger community. Provide trauma informed care and promote a person-centered, skills-based collaborative philosophy. The milieu counselor participates in a process of continuous learning and demonstrates openness to evolving philosophies of practice, including restraint and seclusion prevention.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general direction of the Director or designee, the Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst needs to be insightful, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills who is able to apply that skill set to data analysis, data mining and data management within a medically-oriented, dynamic analytic team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Manager or designee, the Associate Medicaid Analyst performs complex and varied financial, administrative, and customer service functions in support of department specific projects, which may include RMTS coding or time study projects. The Associate Medicaid Analyst is also responsible for School-based Medicaid claiming processes and general operations, which require a high degree of independent action and the setting of priorities and procedures for accomplishing tasks. This position will also participate as a member of multiple project teams.

Under the general direction of the Business Manager or designee, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for reconciliation and analysis of financial and claims data and will develop and maintain management and client reporting. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide guidance and assistance with claims audits and complete extensive and complex financial analysis.

The N95 Decontamination Core manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the N95 respirator decontamination core facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the laboratory of Dr. William Kobertz.
This position is for an applicant who will use cellular imaging and electrophysiological techniques to fluorescently visualize extracellular K+ over the varied cardiomyocyte landscape. Applicants are expected to be able to design and conduct experiments independently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full-time postdoctoral position requiring a Ph. D. in biophysics, physiology, or related field.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Whole cell patch clamp electrophysiology with mammalian cells is required. Isolation and culturing of primary mammalian cardiomyocytes, and patch-clamp fluorometry expertise is desired, but not required.
