Under the general direction of the Executive Director, or designee, the Director, Shriver Center ECHO Program provides strategic and operational leadership for the UMass Chan Shriver Center's ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) Program. The Director is responsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of ECHO learning collaboratives throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This position oversees interdisciplinary program staff, develops partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations, provides clinical consultation and subject matter expertise, and leads efforts to secure sustainable funding for the ECHO Program. The Director collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to advance educational initiatives that improve care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other underserved populations.

Usual office environment with prolonged periods of computer use. Requires occasional travel throughout Massachusetts to attend meetings, educational programs, and partner sites. May require occasional evening or weekend work to support program activities.
