GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general direction of the Principal Investigator or designee, the Research Associate IV performs a variety of complex research experiments and is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations within the Department.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Wet chemistry laboratory, and may require appropriate contact with biohazards, radionuclides, toxins, animals, and human specimens
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator or Designee, the Research Associate performs a variety of complex research experiments.
In this position, the Research Associate will work collaboratively on CRISPR-Cas gene editing of the Huntington’s Disease gene and the creation of new mouse models of human diseases.
