The Thompson lab (https://www.umassmed.edu/thompson/)at the University of Massachusetts Medical School is recruiting postdoctoral scientists to investigate how protein citrullination contributes to human cell signaling. The scientist will employ various investigative tools, including proteomics, enzymology, protein chemistry, molecular and chemical biology. Expertise in organic synthesis/medicinal chemistry is also highly desired. Highly motivated scientists with a recent Ph.D. and proficiency in the relevant investigative tools, and a strong interest in innate immunology and human cell signaling are encouraged to apply.
