GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator, the Research Coordinator II will be responsible for carrying out task involved in an NIH funded research study examining access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUDs) by probationers in drug courts. This position involves establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with a wide range of professionals, including judges, probation officers, attorneys, and MOUD providers. The Research Coordinator will be responsible for conducting interviews and administering surveys, maintaining research data, conducting qualitative coding and analysis, and assisting with preparation of manuscripts, reports, and manuals. The Research Coordinator will need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, personable, comfortable in legal and addiction treatment settings, and highly organized. The position will likely involve some travel to courts. Qualitative interviewing and coding experience is preferred but not required.
