The ideal candidate will have a strong background in methods such as flow cytometry, cell culture and other immunological assays. Analysis methods of experiments at times involves next generation sequencing technologies, and experience in molecular biology (e.g. molecular cloning, next generation library preparation) is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Molecular cloning and DNA/RNA preparations
    • Mammalian cell culture maintenance and cell-based assays
    • Hands-on experience with functional assay development and optimization.
    • Standard molecular and cell biology techniques (e.g. RT-qPCR, Western blotting, cell line engineering, CRISPR)
    • immune cell characterization techniques (e.g. ELISA, lymphocyte activation, flow cytometry).
    • Maintain detailed lab notebook
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Work both independently and collaboratively to implement novel laboratory processes and solve challenging technical problems
