GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Benefit Coordination & Recovery (BCR) Associate I position reports to the Senior Manager of the BCR Unit, and is an integral member of the project team, assisting in the development of program enhancements and new initiatives of varying size and complexity and synchronizing operations involved in their successful completion. The Associate I will perform non-routine research and administrative tasks related to the coordination and oversight of projects to ensure timely and effective project development and completion.
The BCR Unit is dynamic, fast-paced, and continually progressing. Success will require multi-tasking, team collaboration, independent judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines. The program places significant emphasis on continuous quality improvement.
