Our team provides tailored marketing communication services from comprehensive integrated campaigns that cater to various audiences to stand-alone marketing materials. We offer our internal and external clients guidance and support from ideas to creation to implementation..
Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Marketing Communications, or designee, the Strategic Marketing Manager acts as a marketing consultant for business units of UMass Medical School’s Commonwealth Medicine division, and as a liaison to Strategic Growth & Business Development to support decision-making in the areas of marketing strategy and marketing communications. The Strategic Marketing Manager also serves as an account manager for all revenue-generating external clients seeking marketing and communications support.
In this capacity, the Strategic Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans tied to specific product/service lines, events and/or objectives. The Strategic Marketing Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts and coordinate resources to implement marketing plans with a focus on digital marketing campaigns and website administration.
The scope of the Strategic Marketing Manager’s responsibility is organization-wide and will include significant interaction with management staff at program and director levels.
