The Garber Lab in the Bioinformatics and Integrative Biology department has an exciting opportunity for an engaged and enthusiastic individual who wants to work at the forefront of genomics research. We have a well-established wet lab leveraging single-cell genomics, CRISPR, and chromatin-focused technologies to characterize and perturb gene regulatory networks in human and mouse immune cells in order to understand how they change in response to foreign antigens. We seek an outstanding, dynamic, and dedicated technician who can quickly learn and execute the cutting-edge technologies we use in the lab to generate the comprehensive datasets that are analyzed by our own expert computational team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone considering a career in genomics research, and includes training and opportunities at the intersection of experimental and computational biology.
